Shipping policy

Processing time 

At Byron & Co, most of our orders/products are made to order. Our processing time is generally 5-7 business days from receiving the order to shipping it out. We will post on social media if our production/processing time differs from this as an average.
Orders of purely pre made items will be shipped within 24 hours unless that order contains something hand made to order.

Shipping Costs

For Australian orders, we offer:
$11 flat rate standard shipping
$17 flat rate express shipping
$37.50 express shipping & rush fee (priority order)
& FREE standard shipping for orders over $150

The shipping costs also include handling & packaging fees & absorbs the cost of packaging, stickers, tape etc.

Standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 days depending on delays and location. 

Express shipping usually takes between 2-5 days depending on delays and location. 

Express shipping does not mean your order will be rushed, if you require your order by a certain date, please message us first to check how long our wait is. 

Otherwise, $37.50 express shipping & rush fee (priority order) is available and pushes your custom order to the top of production.
 
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once you have this, you are able to track your package with Australia Post. Unfortunately the location and delay of postage on your order is now out of our hands and any enquiries about shipping should go direct to Australia Post. 

International shipping

We offer international shipping to any country outside of Australia, at a flat rate of $30 per order. International shipping can take anywhere from 10 days up to 30 days.
